Who Can Use This Site

The public site is open to anyone. The client portal is for individuals with an active or pending case with Affordable Living & Supportive Services (“ALSS”). The staff portal is restricted to authorized ALSS staff and administrators.

Eligibility & Enrollment

Starting a referral or completing the eligibility check is not a guarantee of enrollment. All services are subject to review and approval by ALSS staff based on program requirements. Services described on this site are provided at no cost to eligible Maryland Medicaid members; eligibility is determined case by case.

Accounts

• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account
• Provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting a referral
• Notify us promptly at admin-team@affordablelivingservices.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Staff accounts are provisioned and may be revoked at ALSS's discretion, including immediately upon a staff member's departure

Acceptable Use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Provide false information in a referral, intake, or partner application
• Attempt to access another person's account or case information
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the site or portals
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

Partner Organizations & Referrals

ALSS works with independent partner organizations to expand access to services. A referral to a partner does not make ALSS responsible for that partner's services, decisions, or conduct — each partner operates under its own policies.

Intellectual Property

The content, design, and branding of this site belong to Affordable Living & Supportive Services and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use in connection with your own case.

Disclaimers

This site and its content are provided “as is.” While we work to keep information accurate and the portals available, we don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular service or resource listed will meet your specific needs.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALSS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, including reliance on resource links to third-party organizations, which we do not control.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the client or staff portal at any time, including for a violation of these terms or at the end of a case or staff assignment.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date below reflects the most recent update; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
